CricZone Pro ("the app", "we", "us") is a cricket scoring and team management app available at criczonepro.com and on Android. It is operated by Medpinn Global Solutions LLP, Gala No. 2, Mohd. Hussain Compound, L.B.S. Marg, Kurla (West), Mumbai, Maharashtra 400070, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account details: your name, and the email address or mobile number you use to sign in (via Google, email or phone OTP). One-time passwords are sent by SMS through Firebase Phone Authentication; your carrier's SMS rates may apply.
City or area (optional), used to help you find matches and opponents near you.
Profile: your profile photo (if you add one) and your CricZone player ID (UIN).
Cricket data: matches, tournaments, series and squads you create or are added to, scores, and player statistics such as runs, wickets and awards.
Circle (team) data: circles you create or join, member roles, scheduled matches, availability responses, team chat messages, and team fund or match fee records you enter.
Images you upload: such as profile photos and payment QR codes added by a captain.
Notifications: a device token so we can send you match and team notifications, if you allow them.
Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location based on IP address, anonymised usage analytics, and error reports, used to keep the app secure and working.

We do not collect your precise (GPS) location, contacts, or call logs. Ground addresses in the app are typed in by users.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
To score matches, run tournaments and circles, and show scorecards, points tables, leaderboards and player profiles.
To send notifications you have allowed, for example when you are added to a squad, a match is updated, or a match goes live.
To fix problems and improve the app.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information, and we do not show third-party advertising. We may share information with authorities only when required by law.

3. What other users can see

Your name, photo, UIN and cricket statistics can appear in scorecards, live scores, leaderboards and player profiles. Your phone number and email are never shown to other users.
Circle members can see the circle's members, chat, scheduled matches and availability.
Tournament participants can see the tournament's teams, fixtures and results.

4. Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the app. They process data only to provide their service to us:

Google Firebase (Google LLC) for sign-in, database, hosting, server functions and notifications.
Cloudinary for storing uploaded images.
An error-monitoring service to help us find and fix crashes.
If you buy a paid plan, payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details.

Your data may be stored on servers outside India operated by these providers.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and cricket data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we must keep it by law.

6. Deleting your account and data

To delete your CricZone Pro account and personal data, email support@criczonepro.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the email or phone number linked to your account, and include your UIN if you know it.

We will confirm and delete your account, profile, photo, and personal data within 30 days. Match records you took part in may still show your player name inside other people's scorecards, but they will no longer be linked to your account.

You can also ask us to delete only some of your data, such as your photo or chat messages, by writing to the same address.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with access controls. No online service can be completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

CricZone Pro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

You can access and update your name and photo in the app, and you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing us. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
